The Fourth of July
*With the sound of fireworks going off in the distance.*
There is a time for reflection... a time for us to ask what really matters in our lives.
We say we celebrate "freedom."
Ok. From what? To what end?
We want freedom from... let's say taxation. This allows us to acquire more promissory notes. Ok good. Now what is the point of that?
For most people, the fun associated with being a victim outweighs the desire to be affluent.
Does that mean that our oppressive matrix is actually providing a valuable service for you? Giving you a reason for failure so you can explain away all of your ineptitudes?
An "excuse for failure" is a highly coveted thing. Terribly important.
We live in a world where people want to justify their current position. They have no idea how they got there and have no idea where they are going, but they want to double down on the dark and unknowing madness of their existance.
Justified oblivion. This is highly valuable!
Self-judgement is a burden. Each and every person judges themeselves with such violence and bloodshed. If they did not, there would be no reason for such insane defensive mechanisms.
We desire freedom. We know not what from. We know there is something out there... something in the dark... that we want to run from but cannot.
Like a bad nightmare... running in slow motion from an enemy running at normal speed.
Defining what it is you want to do is the ultimate freedom because now the things in your life that you are wanting freedom from make more sense and have purpose.
There is an idea of "freedom into nothing." Or "freedom for the sake of freedom." This is a noble thought but is less likely to make your dreams a reality.
APPLIED freedom... APPLIED intent... these are the things of which real freedom are born from.
Clarifying your intentions and your mind is the most powerful thing you can do.
